Pin Cold Feed Rubber Extruder is applicable to extruding types of tread in radial tyre and cross-ply tyre preparation, extruding bead apex,covering rubber of electric wire, electric cable and rubber hose ,extruding rubber board, slab, conveyer belting and rubber core. Also the extruder is widely used for feeding rubber for radial tires airtight seal.

The material of all screw shafts and liners is 38CrMoALA high-quality steel, the surface of them is processed by nitrogen treatment and the hardness HRC is 6065.
