GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Model ZY340-2 Pre-press is a newest kind of continuously-working oil press, which is high rotation-thin cake type oil press with inner and external oil pathes. It is suitable for the process of both pre-pressing extraction and tiwce pressing oil-rich oilseeds, such as: peanut kernel, cottonseed kernel, rapeseed and sunflower kernel and so on.

 

FEATURES

  Model ZY340-2 Pre-press has the characteristic for prepessing, under the normal condition, it has the feature as follows:

1.       High capacity, less space and power consumption, convenient operation, administration and maintenance;

2.       The cake is loose and not easy to crush, and to be pentrated by the solvent;

3.       The oil and water content is in favor of pentration;

4.       The quality of pre-pressed crude oil is much better than the one produced by single press and single extraction.
